About Us

Lobster King Chinese Restaurant located at 1367 Forest Avenue in Staten Island, New York had recently has their grand opening on October 1st, 2007.

Great response from customers have resulted a great collection of $688.88. The owners and staffs of Lobster King wish to thank everyone that got involved especially our community.

The $688.88 collected on our grand opening day has been donated to F.D.N.Y Foundation on October 3rd 2007. Mr. John Eckelson(Right) received the check from Lobster King Chinese Restaurant owners Mr. Liao(Left) and Mr. Don Wong(Middle).

Our restaurant offers a complete menu (eat in or take out) of the freshest seafood dishes from steamed or baked lobsters, crab legs, shrimps, scallops to deep fried sea bass. Besides authentic Chinese dishes of chicken, beef, pork, BBQ ribs, green vegetables and salad, we also serve mei fun, pan fried noodles, lo mein, natural brown rice, steamed coconut rice and fried rice. Fresh fruit drinks like strawberry, orange, pineapple, watermelon, green tea bubble tea, slush, coffee and more are also available.

The uniqueness of the restaurant is in the cooking process. If you order something from our menu, your food will be steamed first and then stir fried in the wok with some of your favorite sauce which is very different compare to other Chinese restaurants in Staten Island. It is much healthier since not much oil is involved in the cooking process.
